PLEASE NOTE:
- Items must be returned via tracked courier, or returned to one of our stores.
- Shipping costs back to Juliette Hogan are the responsibility of the client.
- Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
- We do not refund sale products: exchange or credit only. Archive sale products are not eligible for return.
- Exchanges can only be made by Juliette Hogan Online or in our stores and not at a Juliette Hogan stockist.
- Items purchased from a Juliette Hogan stockist need to be returned directly to the stockist.
Exchanges are subject to availability so please contact hello@juliettehogan.com in order for us to confirm and secure the replacement item.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
When returning a full-priced item, you can choose to receive a refund or JH credit. Returns of sale (discounted) items are not eligible for a refund, but you can choose to receive a JH store credit.
Please note that refunds can take up to 2 working days to be processed once received, and can take a further 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please note the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund value.
If your refund has taken longer to be processed than outlined above, please reach out to the team regarding this.
